At MINI MASTER, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on products purchased through our website.

By making a purchase from MINI MASTER, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and undergarments are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Underwear and other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing defects

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email returns@minimaster.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return

Wait for Approval

We will review your request and email you a return authorization number and instructions

Ship Item Back

Pack the item securely with original packaging and tags. Include the return authorization form

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Important: Please use a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days after processing

If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items returned with signs of wear or damage
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Only part of an order is returned

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

To make this process easier, we offer free return shipping on exchanges for customers in Pakistan. Contact our customer service team for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@minimaster.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Exchanges (for customers in Pakistan only)

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds for Late Delivery

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we do not offer refunds for late deliveries that are beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping address provided

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit:

  • Does not expire
  • Can be used for future purchases on our website
  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
